Good company, different curves
Companions change how a run feels. Forests change its appearance and sound. Keeping those two choices separate makes it easier to understand a discovery and choose what you want to try next.
Where to begin
Pip is available from the first run. Total cleared gaps unlock Moss at 10, Amberwood at 20, Daily trail at 35, Ember at 55 and Inkwild at 80. These totals accumulate across completed runs; they are not a demand for one long run. A discovery does not automatically replace your selection. Open Discoveries when you are ready to choose it. Start with a companion guide for movement differences, or a forest guide for the visual setting. Your best score and your cumulative discovery progress answer different questions.

See what unlocks at 10, 20, 35, 55 and 80 total gaps, and why a short run still contributes to discoveries.
Playing with Pip: learn ORBIT’s original movement

Playing with Ember: faster movement and tighter curves
Adapt to Ember’s faster pace, smaller turning circle and upward drift after the 55-gap discovery.
How to choose between Pip, Moss and Ember
Compare the three companions by pace, turning space and drift, then choose using a consistent practice setup.
