Reach the discovery through ordinary play
You do not need a score of twenty in one attempt. For example, several shorter runs can add up to the twenty-gap milestone. The explored total advances whenever a gap is fully cleared, and a collision later in that run does not remove that contribution. Check Discoveries for your total and use the discovery notice after a qualifying run to find the new forest choice.
Judge the palette on your screen
A warmer setting may be a welcome visual change, but preference is personal. Try it with a familiar companion and course so you can concentrate on how clearly you see the trail, openings and branches. Keep the window shape unchanged for that comparison. If you struggle to distinguish the moving foreground from the scenery, returning to Wildwood is a useful immediate comparison rather than assuming more practice is the only answer.
Keep the underlying challenge in view
Amberwood does not provide a speed reduction, a wider gap allowance or a separate record table. Your personal best remains associated with the chosen companion and Classic or a daily date. A shared score card can name Amberwood as the setting, but that label is not a difficulty rating. You can combine Amberwood with any companion you have unlocked. If you later unlock Ember and change both choices at once, expect the movement difference to come from Ember, not from the warmer forest.
