Look for the game’s current location
When Float is active, the original tab shows the forest and a message that ORBIT is playing in its own window. That tab no longer holds the interactive game controls. Find the floating window or close it to bring the interface back.
If no floating window is involved, distinguish a completely blank page from visible controls around an empty field. Note whether the website loads while the separate game address does not. These observations identify different parts of the loading path.
Check connection and layout
A first visit needs a connection to obtain the game. If you are disconnected, reconnect and open the game before assuming an old icon guarantees offline files are present. If the page loads online but not offline, focus on offline preparation rather than reinstalling.
If the problem started after resizing, restore a normal window shape. ORBIT measures its stage and canvas against the containing window; a report about a small Float window is different from a report about a full browser tab. Keep track of the layout that triggers the issue.
Retry without deleting evidence
After finishing or abandoning any active attempt, a normal reload is a reasonable check for an incomplete load. Do not begin with clearing all site data, which can remove saved discoveries and personal bests. Trying another browser can help compare rendering, but its progress may be separate.
If the problem repeats, send support the game address, device, browser, online or offline state and a screenshot. Include what happened immediately before the failure, such as opening Float, rotating the device or following a shared link. That detail makes the issue much easier to reproduce.
