Match a session to the time available

A short wait at a station and a long disconnected journey create different interruptions. Start when you can watch the path and operate the game; a run needs active steering even though its controls are simple. There is no requirement to finish a particular course length before you can stop.

For a brief interruption, leaving the game for another app can hold the run in the open page. On return, read the held prompt: the first input resumes without steering. If the browser closes or discards the page, that live position is not a saved checkpoint. Finish an attempt before a longer break if its current result matters to you.

Set sound for the journey

Check the headphones or speaker you actually intend to use, rather than only testing the device’s usual output at home. Music and Sounds are separate settings; you can choose silent play or retain effects without music. Recheck the selected output if sound unexpectedly goes elsewhere after changing accessories.

Complete the offline-audio check before departure if sound matters. The cached primary format may work while the alternate format needs a connection. A silent but functioning game is still usable; repeated reinstalls will not make an unavailable audio file appear while disconnected.

Keep a result until you can send it

A score card is generated locally, but sending through another app depends on that service. Save the image through an available share destination or the game’s fallback when offered, then confirm that the file is accessible before retrying. A new run replaces the current share result.

When connectivity returns, choose the recipient and send deliberately; opening a share sheet earlier did not prove delivery. Keep using the tested icon or bookmark throughout the trip, and avoid storage cleanup after preparation. For initial downloads and the disconnected acceptance test, follow the separate preparation and verification guides.
